★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience! We was told only allow us to ask one question /issue in an appointment. Family doctor didn’t focus on patient’s health at all. Never come back. When we ask if this condition needs any treatment. The answer is if you want the medication I prescribed to you , otherwise that is if for today. We got confused. He didn’t ask our questions. So rude. I am wondering if there is anywhere we can complain the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of reflecting on how they could provide positive human experience, they just provide worst service from the top to bottom (receptionist to doctor. The College of Physician and Surgeons of Ontario did nothing to help the patients needs help gets the correct help.
Avoid this flinic completely receptionists horrible, Dr is horrible. Horrible is the nicest word I can find. This clinic should should be banned. I would say even terrifying is nicest coming I can say about this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter here today, she required a prescription. The clinic was busy, but I found the staff to be quite efficient and direct about how long the wait would be. The receptionist was polite and helpful. I also found the doctor to be knowledgeable and competent. Overall, I had a very good experience at this clinic today despite how busy they were.
