Even though Dr Tawadross is a great professional, the receptionist team doesn’t make any justice to his work. It is frustrating trying to get an appointment, I couldn’t get a phone call back in the last 3 weeks. Now I am trying to call the walk-in clinic they answered the phone and left me waiting for more than 5 min I hung up immediately tried to call back again and is busy meaning the receptionist just left the phone over the desk. This is been as painful as my problem.

Dr. Tawadross has been our family doctor since 2009. He is amazing and very kind and has awesome bedside manner. I agree with other reviews here that if he does not hesitate to get specialist opinion if he feels the need or whenever patient requests it. I am scared to think about the day he retires and I have to look for another family doctor. On the negative side, It feels like he has outgrown (in patient volume and popularity) his Superstore location many many years ago and needs a bigger space as his waiting room and receptionist area are constantly overcrowded on walk in days.

I was a patient coming in for a walk-in appointment at this clinic. The doctors were fine but the overall wait times and experience were atrocious. I came in for a simple prescription, and while I understand these are difficult times and clinics are extremely busy a little bit more communication about wait times would be appreciated. I arrived at the clinic as the first patient at 10am and was prompted to return at 11am and was made to choose whether I'd prefer a virtual or in-person appt. Because I was told that the wait times were the same I opted to consult a doctor in person. After arriving there was one person with a scheduled appointment then I was next.after about 20 minutes of waiting for the patient to finish I was prompted to enter a doctors room. In here I waiting another over an hour just to be able to speak with a single doctor. These wait times are fine but the secretary failed to even give any approximate wait times after I had arrived at 11am. As I mentioned I have no problems waiting, but It would be nice if they were courteous enough to simply let patients know what the approximate wait times would be so they don't have to waste their time sitting and waiting. If you are not willing to wait minimum 3 hours do yourself a favour and just go to any other clinic in Milton. I'm sure they would do a better job at assisting and providing decent customer service.

I called the clinic for a walk in appointment. They told me to come right away, and a few minutes later I was seeing the doctor! Fantastic service (at the speed of light). Very friendly, kind doctor and staff. Highly recommended.

!!!! Came here to pick up my prescription at around 6:40PM and the young lady with ginger hair WAS SO RUDE?? Not sure what her problem was but I really hope someone needs to check her because this is unacceptable. The way she just rolled her eyes after I asked a simple question??? Please someone talk to her. I understand why these recent reviews have been so negative because the receptionist are so rude. Only nice one is the young Filipina lady.

Had an appointment booked today with dr. Tawadross for 12.00 noon. I still have to wait in line as their were many walks. So i asked the receptionist why do u make appointment. Her answer was thier is nothing i can do. I think this clinic need better staff who can organise the patients. Especially in this pandemic who want to sit around in the waiting room.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Anca Patroi for many many years now. I have no issue with her, she’s great. However, the reception protocol here isnt so great. I have no issue with them personally but trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone is impossible. Before COVID began, they answered their phones. Since the pandemic began, they’ve implemented a β€œpress one for _____, press two for _____” queue system that STILL doesn’t let you speak to anyone. Instead you have no choice but to leave a message. I call for a prescription refill, get a call back during an inconvenient time while I’m in a work meeting. They tell me to call them back, but again, I have to leave ANOTHER message and wait again for them to call me back. It’s really frustrating and annoying that you can’t just speak to someone when you call in!

Dr. Tawadross has been my family doctor for many years and I've been very satisfied with his service. The front desk can be a bit lousy but then you will see different people at front desk every few months. They should probably move to another place with a bigger waiting area and better facility.
