She always listen everything with patiently& refer to the specialist whenever I need. I’m really grateful to her. It’s very easy to deal with all the receptionist especially Maheen. She is the sweetest lady always ready to help others. I’m very thankful to find this Clinic in my Town.

Had very good experience during Covid when they responded to calls. The front desk coordinator Maheen is very cooperative and assigns appointments at request and calls to remind. Once I called her from USA and she coordinated my call with doctor efficiently. Excellent follow up. My concern is their telephone system. They should have more telephone lines and staff.

All the front staff receptionists every time I go always are very respectful and friendly! The clinic is very well organized and they always have a doctor available for walk-ins as well.

Dr kamran herself was nice and helpful but the receptionist cornered me into leaving a good review praising her and give five stars. I did it to avoid the sheer awkwardness because she was so persistent and forceful. Highly unprofessional. I have now deleted my previous review and would advise everyone to read the older reviews to get an accurate picture. Editing to address the response from owner: Umm yeah like anyone was going to give you 2 stars while the receptionist was hovering over them. Also, I saw her pestering another patient to take out her phone and give a good review. The patient in question was very obviously trying to avoid it while still being civil. Please try to improve your service rather than inflating your Google ratings like this.

She always help me and my family to arrange appointments very quickly, And always very kind and patient. Comparing with several other clinics, you don't need to wait a long time for phone call, and it is easy to get an appointment very soon. My doctor Fiona Hu is very professional and friendly. She is very responsible for every patient. She always answers all my health related questions very nicely and give me many helpful suggestions. In a word, wonderful clinic, wonderful receptionist service and doctor.

The receptionist is a sweetheart who actually answers the phone & is beyond accommodating. The Dr. I seen was also amazing & made me feel very comfortable. I’m so grateful to know I have a clinic so close to me that is above & beyond. I don’t need to look any further for my medical needs, this clinic is the best!! Thank you so much!
