★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually love hero burgers, I am not a big fan of this location. This is what they serve their customers. Specially when you order directly order through them things are different. I ordered through uber, quantity of poutine was literally 3/4 of what it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very overpriced, unfortunately, though I highly doubt the ingredients would cost as much. The fries taste like regular McCain fries you would get from NoFrills, and the burgers are juicy, but it is confusing to know whether it is halal or not, and if you want it halal, you have to pay $1.00 extra. These past few years, I have been eating it without knowing that you have to ask for HALAL, other than that, they give you the regular patty which is NOT HALAL. Stay aware, but other then that, there are no issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger was quite good and so was everything else. It was filled with enough sauces but it still didn't hide the fact that the burger itself was a bit dry. And I had taken the signature 8 oz burger, so it did not feel perfect. But it was still good and next time, I'll go with a 4 or 6 oz burger to keep the ratio towards moistness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on a weekend with my family and the food also customer service was excellent. The store was kept very clean. I would totally recommend the new plant-based menu if you are vegan or vegetarian as I am myself. I will definitely will be coming frequently to this hero burger in Milton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great beef burgers prepared with care and fully customized.
However I tried their spicy chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was dried up and didn't have the same care given as the beef burgers. Hopefully it was a one off.
Will update on other experiences for the spicy chicken if I decide to try again. Otherwise you can't go wrong with the beef burgers. Always prepared fresh and with care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to so much hero burger locations. The food is okay. But they do not serve the real hero burger fries. These look and taste like McCain fries. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and toppings are always fresh and tasty. Been there a couple times in person recently and honestly was really impressed with the staffs communication and hard work. My orders have always been timely and accurate. Admittedly it is a little pricier than some of the more "fast food" burger joints in town, but I am willing to pay for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hero Burger location is one of the best I've been to. The burgers and toppings are always fresh and well prepared. The burgers are never sloppy and always made with the appropriate amount of each topping. I've also tried the chicken burgers and chicken strips and again was very pleased.
The location has a clean seating area and the service is always really friendly and welcoming. I've never had an issue with this location and will continue to visit!
