★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have rated this place zero if that was possible. Absolutely horrible guy, the owner is. His name is Tory, or that's what he calls himself atleast. The front lady was ridiculously rude. She had no communication skills whatsoever to serve the customers appropriately. I feel sorry for the customers.
This is an honest review. I only went there once but it was enough of an experience to form an idea about what type of people they are, after I saw how dishonest the owner whose name is Tory is, and his terrible front working lady.
And please don't try to respond to this review by trying to portray like you are willing to right the wrong, because you clearly showed you aren't willing to do so when you hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would rate it a zero if that was an option. placed an order through uber eats was promised delivery between a certain time order never got delivered. call and spoke to the manager and she could not figure out what was going on , driver claims it was delivered to the door step but nothing was dropped off as i was standing outside my house the whole time. they lied about delivery and never delivered my order and refused to refund my money back . i have been a long time customer with them but unfortunately due to their lie and dishonesty they have lost me as their customer
very unprofessional staff and not trust among their drivers. will NEVER be ordering from PIZZA NOVA ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old man with glasses at the front very rude and grumpy. Kept saying the food is gonna take 30 mins 30 mins to make! It looked like he didn’t wanna make the order, so I just walked out. Never coming back again!! Ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here today around lunch time to grab a slice. They put the slice in the oven for like 1 minute then handed it to me. Slice was like lukewarm at best. No crunch. Very disappointing because I was going to go to another pizza place down the street where I usually get slices from but saw pizza nova on the way and it’s ok when I order delivery. Should have gone to the other place even though it was an extra few mins away. Could have enjoyed a slice for a cheaper price. Two ladies helped me, one was very nice, other one was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Pizza Nova before and it was actually pretty good. The last two times I ordered it was the worst pizza I've ever ate, very hard and chewy. Id anyone who works there eat this? I wonder if this is because Pizza Nova wants to make the dough healthier or so? If it is please don't.
I will never order from this location in Milton again. If anyone from head office read these comments please go and try that pizza. I can youtube it better than you guys, I am sorry but that is the truth.
