J	Jennifer Proudfoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to acknowledge Holly Medical Doctors and staff who have been working through the stress of the pandemic especially as other doctors have closed their doors on their patients. As a receptionist myself I know how hard these women work to ensure everyone is taken care of no matter how busy the clinic may get. I hope people think twice before attacking someone for just doing their job; a job you are judging without being in their shoes. So please, next time are you find yourself at Holly Medical, consider thanking them for all their hard work, or even a simple smile will go a long way.
J	Joe C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and disorganized. You do exactly what they ask you to do and then you are told (in a very condescending tone) that it wasn't what you were supposed to do. The doctor also stops taking patients at 3 o'clock in the afternoon even though they are open until 7 o'clock. I am within walking distance to this clinic, but I will never deal with them again and would rather drive an hour to get to another clinic. Take a look at the reviews...you won't believe how many 1 star reviews they have.

All the girls on the front desk are wonderful to deal with especially Lucy she is so great on detail and really understands what it means to assist any patient at this facility. It is a pleasure to deal with someone like her whether it be on the phone or at the office.

The receptionist hung up on me twice and the walk-in doctor was like hey, I have more patients to take care of. It was when I had told him I have 3 concerns and he said bye after me finishing explaining the 1st one. So unprofessional.

A	ACE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone in for a ankle sprain last week and was in excruciating pain and Fortunato at reception was very helpful, concerned and ensured I got an appt with the Doc on duty. The care and support I got was very encouraging as they go through a lot every day ( good and bad ). Dr Zaidi was quick and precise. Jeff at the pharmacy was very patient and advised for an ankle brace. Keep it up guys as you are truly appreciated for what you do. Stay safe and warm. Cheers DG
J	Joyce Dani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many walk-in clinics open on a Sunday in Milton so I appreciate all the hard working staff taking their time working on a weekend! I was in excruciating pain and was seen quite quickly with a great and friendly doctor.

Knowing that I have never been there as I had filled out the registration form they called my name and told me which room number to go to. When I went to the room they told me, there was another patient in there. The nurse was the best part of the whole experience, she was the nicest person and was very helpful. When I was waiting in the room I could hear the doctor complaining that there were too many patience and that they shouldn’t be taking more patience. I only recommend going to this clinic if you don’t have any other options.
