S	Shouvik Sarkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office staffs are very rude, specially the receptionists. I had a very bad experience when I tried cancelling an appointment. They intend to charge a fees for cancellation. When I said if you are going to charge then I would like to come to visit the doctor in my scheduled time, then they said you cannot come as your appointment is cancelled. This is strange they are forcing you to pay penalty. They do not give a scope to you to avoid the penalty. And over all I spoke to 2 receptionist and their behavior was very rude and they said they will check with manager and doctor and confirm back if penalty can be waived off, but my point is if the penalty is being charged why cannot I be given a chance to visit the doctor to save the penalty why wait at mercy of the doctor or manager to decide my fate. I would never recommend anyone to visit this clinic.
K	K Maz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. I cannot begin to describe how angry I am at Dr. Adeleke. The way she treated my boyfriend during his appointment is completely indefensible. She demanded him not to take a multivitamin and did not take a moment to understand why this does not sit well for him. Instead, she freaked out and blew up on him and behaved like a bratty child. There was absolutely ZERO professionalism and frankly, we have lost all trust in her. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered and this is the last strike for us since we have become her patients less than a year ago. She cannot handle being questioned, as if we are not allowed to be knowledgeable in health related matters and has zero interest in actually helping you.
G	Gabriela “ELI” Pislaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Walkin Clinic for adults is just awful. We came two days in a row, because of a sore throat. We came 46 minutes before closing time, and the nurse said the doctor does not take patients one hour before the closing time. We came the next day and the nurse said the doctor does not consult patients with sore throats, and does not conduct Strep tests for patients. We were asked to see the pediatrics in the same clinic, and the waiting time was 2 hours, but the pediatric doctor did perform a strep test, and he was very helpful. He did not rush us, and he was very helpful.

They rarely give you all the information you need and when you ask questions they don't like it. And of course the wait time is long even when you have an appointment.. I never get in on the time booked...

Dr. Al-Obaidi was thorough, caring and very pleasant. I had not been to a walk in clinic for quite some time - but I would head back there if needed!
