I work with doctors in both ohip, private and America private coverage daily. I was amazed when the Dr. Was not only on time, but early for the phone consult. 20 minute conversation with an educated human being, not an arrogant government employeed doctor. Quick, concise . Sabrina, took care of everything else. Follow up phone call minutes after initial. Booked a procedure that worked for both of our schedules. Email sent moments after. Solid work even compared to fee for service canadian and america clinics.
C	C. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this clinic on Nov. 8th for a colonoscopy and have to say that my experience was nothing but positive from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived at 1:30 as directed to fill out my paperwork and was taken in right at 2pm to get prepped. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and professional, as was my nurse, Ryan. Dr. Arya was great - friendly and most importantly made me feel confident I was in good hands. Would definitely recommend this clinic without hesitation.
T	Talia Valentine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally dont post reviews but the staff here are so friendly and helpful. the nurses know exactly what they are doing and i came in in a full blown panic attack , vomiting and everything and they were so sweet and calmed me down and gave me an anti nausea through the IV. the procedure was quick and the Dr was so sweet as well- names are not in my mind right now as im still a little tired from sedation. when i woke there was a nurse beside me to make sure i was ok and they checked my vitals, etc before sending me home. i was in and out in about 2 hours and have no pain whatsoever. the main thing i loved was how sweet the employees were.
N	Nicole Burgess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking to the secretary felt like getting an endoscopy - a HUGE PAIN IN THE BUTT. The service here is absolutely TERRRRRRIBLE!!! the waitlists are extremely long and they cancel your appointment without telling you. When you call back to ask why, the secretary is extremely rude and condescending and VERY unhelpful. They cancel appointments you've been waiting months for, only to tell you to get another appointment next year. If you need any services i would highly recommend going anywhere but here, unless you are looking for demeaning healthcare secretaries that enjoy ruining your day. I am sure the medial staff are wonderful (from the other reviews) but to get to them you have to go through the terrible secretaries.
D	Don Busbridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't allow a single person to receive care, due to there transportation policy. They will not even allow official services like Care-a-van to pick you up. They obviously don't realize many, if not most older people live completely alone.

Many thanks to your entire team, especially head nurse Joanne who led me into the clinic this morning, through a blizzard in very deep snow, to the doctor and nurses who still made my appointment possible. Amazing team, committed, caring and professional.
A	A Player on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: Dr Arya and his staff of receptionists and nurses are wonderful people. They are complete professionals, but still relaxed and willing to chat and joke with you before your procedure. The clinic itself is clean and spotless, and surprisingly on time for procedures and pick-ups. The bad: Dr. Raffaela Profiti is the complete opposite. She is cold, uncaring, and entirely unprofessional. I wouldn't let her check my heart rate with a stethoscope, let alone experience another colonoscopy done by her.
E	E C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Fine is amazing!!! Very professional and calming. Always does appointments on time! The admin assistant is not… it’d be easier to schedule with a 22 year old computer than her. I asked for an appointment that wasn’t in the middle of the week after just being ‘assigned’ an appointment date with no phone call to check. Her only help was that they don’t do procedures on Monday.
