The doctor drew me a picture of an ear to show me the anatomy and told me I could "keep it for work" (I'm a nurse). He refused to refer me to an ENT, and told me to pick up allergy meds on the way home (despite my repeating that I was worried it was neurological). I eventually saw an ENT and was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss, which COULD have been treated had it been caught sooner ?
R	Ryan Pratt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only came here because it was next to my workplace. Waiting 2 hours so far with only 7 people ahead of me. It would be quicker to drive to another known walkin then sit here. Not a review of the actual doctor. Didn't feel this was relevant because you may not live long enough to see them. Have been to much, much faster clinics - max wait should be 20- 30 min... Not 2H and counting. Thankfully this isn't life threatening. Honestly just simply letting you know the wait may be over an hour when you arrive so you can make an informed decision if you want to wait or go to another walkin would be nice. This would both lead to short waits for other patients and not having annoyed clients.
K	Kashif Hameed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with the doctor. I told him my problem and he asked me what you want me to do(which is weird as the doctor should know what to do). There was wax in my ear, he didn’t put any tissue etc on my clothes so the water was flashing on my clothes. He has to do it twice as his machine was not proper. He later told me he won’t do for my other ear as that’s it for today. Without listening to me he just moved to the other room. When I insisted he told me that I have to wait again in que for other patients. I went there because it was open on Sunday and close by my house. It was a good experience, I wish I would have taken the other reviews seriously!

Everything was closed except this place, which was going to close at 2 p.m.. I'd read the reviews, some of which are excoriating, but took my chances, walking in about 1:30. There were four or five people ahead of me. The young female receptionist was fast and friendly. The doctor, an Asian man, saw me just about 1:50. I got my prescription as people were still walking in just prior to closing time, while they were being advised they'd likely have to return another day. Usually, there's a $20 charge per prescription. This clinic didn't charge. It couldn't have been better, especially under the circumstances.
M	Mohsin Azhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had throat infection went to this place and doctor prescribed me with high dosage of antibiotics like 1500 mg per day and for 10 days. Since, i had some medical knowledge i told the receptionist i will not take this much dosage as it will damage my liver and she went to the doctor and doc said anything lower is for kids u have to take these. I then went to my previous doctor whom i had such a great experience she did a swab throat test on me and it turns out to be negative and she said u don't need medicine it will go on its own. What is this ? The lady doctor at this clinic did not spend more than 3 minutes and prescribed me with such a high dose, i feel worry for those patients who doesn't have much medicial knowledge.
N	Nacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I went to this Clinic I read the comments and I decided not to go because the bad reputation of this place but my wife told me to go just to have my own opinion. I took my daughter there this morning, we got there just before 12 in the afternoon and nobody was there so the receptionist who is kind of rude guided us to the doctor's office so we waited there for more than 45 minutes, so I went down the hall way to see if the doctor was there and he wasn't even in the building !!!! So the doctor was not there and the receptionist could've told me " hey the doctor is not here ,would you like to wait ?" So I wasted my time there. I'm glad my daughter was not real ill because I would've done something else. Bad place, do not go!!!!
R	Rilanie Brillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mom to this place this morning with my 3 years old son with me.My mom just need a prescription refill for her meds as I cannot contact our family doctor so pharmacy told me to go to walk-in clinic.When we about to go in the receptionist ask who is coughing and i told her its my son and I apologized I told her my son is not sick he is just congested!The rude receptionist yelled at me and said "go out and put your son mask on"! I feel teriffied and embarrased! I feel treated like an animal I'm very upset! why she can say it in a nice way? she is very unprofessional and people like this should not working there we should treated like equally and with respect!I will not recommend it to anybody!
C	Christine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great clinic and we always get excellent support and service. However, the daily hours posted are 11:00am-2pm. When you arrive, the sign on the door indicates that there is no doctor on-site until 11:30am and the door doesn’t open until 11:30am. It would be helpful to reflect this on google.
