E	Elaine Sung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few walk-ins that is actually seeing patients in person during COVID. I was able to check their wait times online (it said 40 minutes). I took me about 16 minutes to get to the location. From the time it took me to park my car, go in, sign in, wait, see the doctor, and back in my car, it was 33 minutes. The doctor was Dr. Yang and she was thorough and polite when inspecting my daughter for a concussion.

Then I asked when I can see the doctor and was told it should not be so long till one another employee jumped from no where and said I have to wait another 45 minutes because of 5 patients ahead of me. I really got confused because I don’t see any one waiting outside plus I don’t see there are 5 rooms inside and it’s really confused with two answers. My feeling they were pushing me to leave and not to wait . I will never come again and i felt awful with that employee and such treatment. For the record September 14 at 4:15pm

Dr.alex lui is amazing , he is a panel physician for immigration. So anyone willing to come here and go through the process . It’s great . Easy and straightforward. Plus al receptionists are knowledgeable and are friendly .?

Waited an hour and 30 minutes for Dr. Kamara to tell me I need just 2 stitches, and she wouldn’t do it because apparently her fingers were numb. Told me I had to go to emergency where there was an 8 hour wait at 9pm. Currently have an open wound that needs stitching, yet I am stitchless. I have no clue what to do. The nurse was very nice and understanding though.

The nurses are still EXCEPTIONAL but it took almost two hours to see dr levasseur (1 other patient in the walk in) and she REFUSED to see me in person even though i had multiple negative covid tests. She also REFUSED to give me advice on my issue and told me i had to decide how to deal with my illness. I am reporting her to the college of physicians and surgeons of ontario. A doctor who is afraid of sick people and refuses to do her job should not be practicing.

They were quite busy but very polite and organized. My wife went inside and then came back to wait in the car. The doctor from the clinic called her within 30 minutes and through a number of detailed questions made her diagnosis. Then the doctor called Halton Pharmacy beside the clinic and my wife picked up the prescription. Everything was done within 1 hr. Wow that was impressive!

There is no problem to wait for a doctor but when I asked the staff about waiting time she was so rude and said that you can leave if you don't like. Respect doesn't cost money. They can be polite. The doctor was helpful but I didn't like staff's behavior.
