★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst front desk receptionist. I tried to inquire about their cancelation protocol and she was rude and hang up the phone on me saying she has no time for this !!!!
I am not sure how is this Dr. Is okay with their staff speaking so poorly to the patient.
Please differ from using this place nor their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He maybe a good doctor but he don't know how to communicate with patients or their family. My mom had an endoscopy with him. He did not take his time to answer my questions. He was in rush. After the endoscopy he was already in his winter coat and ready to leave.

He immediately made me feel reassured with his personalized questions, clear information about the procedure and potential outcomes, and not forgetting his respectful humour. Wanda the nurse was incredibly friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable and secure with the team. I would recommend Dr Arya and the team at OTH for any GI testing or care 100%,
