★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saxena laughed at me when I told him I had breathing problems said it was anxiety and then proceeded to prescribe me a inhaler for asthma…. Which made my situation worse so not go to this place they don’t care about you and don’t even get me started about the front desk receptionists…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this doctor for several years and I have never had an issue with this clinic or doctor or reception. The doctor is very knowledgeable, transparent and upfront. The receptionist are good and they make arrangements based on doctors availability. This doctor is busy and hence I usually plan my visit in advance. In case of emergency you can always go to the hospital, but even in certain cases if a slot is available they do the best to accommodate. You can do only so much. If you plan your visit in advance then you will never have a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came here for the first time for a walk-in (after calling a day in advance). Didn’t expect to write a review. Will never come again and won’t recommend to anyone.
Was greeted by a locked door and then a rude receptionist asking if I had an appointment. I mentioned I called for walk-in and they stated they don’t take walk-in which makes no sense since they mentioned they do over the phone. The receptionist also rudely eyed me top to bottom.
Then she confirmed with the other receptionist and allowed me to come in but told me the wait time was 20-40 minutes... I come back 20mins later and had to wait an additional 1 hour to get checked.
Doctor was very nice though!
1/10 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionists are very cold and unorganized. I made an attempt to go to this clinic twice after calling and making an appointment. When I reached the clinic, both the times, I was told that the doctor is busy and I come back an our later. Why do they give appointments in the first place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this clinic as my family DR since 3 years. I haver never had an issue with waiting, or the receptionists or the Doctors. They all have been always kind, polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today it was my 3rd attempt to change my experience ( previously I already had 2 very bad experience with this clinic, especially with the staff) now i am very confident that I will never come again and won’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
This morning, there were 4 people at door at 10 AM, however there was NO one to open the gate, the door was locked and then an extremely rude receptionist appears at 10:19 and told us that the doctor will come at 11:30 AM today. I asked her that they should have leave a note about it and instead of apologizing she told us that you can go somewhere else. I never saw such a rude staff before, I would suggest the doctors that there are 1000 of "good people with positive mindset " are looking for job.
You can give them a chance.
1/10 would certainly not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always trouble with secretaries here, her attitude is so bad and egomatic which I have never experienced in Canada for the last 30 years. The staffs are so rude and show their attitude which make sick more. Sick people go to get treatment for health but this place people are getting mental sick dealing with them. I like to take legal action against secretary behaviour, I am serious. Because I go there for treatment of my health and I get mentally sick. I will sue the clinic because these people should learn lesson. Chipo Indian Secretary who think she is so smart fighting to patient. College of medicine should take away license for six months or a year then they would understand.
