A	Aditi Chawla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Customer Service. My father and grandmother went to open a bank account at this branch. The teller and her supervisor both spoke rudely and provided minimal assistance. Very poor service. The staff needs to be trained on focusing on the customer, instead of chitchatting with each other in their own language while the customer is standing there waiting to be helped. Very disappointed in Scotiabank.

H	Hassan Tariq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage customer service and ABM machines. DO NOT use the ABM machines at this location. They will eat your cash and card and customer service will tell you to go pound sand. Take your business elsewhere.

Their ATMs are always broken especially the drive thru, you have to park to do your transactions even if you are in a hurry, their machines don’t accept the money that they gave you before, you try to line up with a teller where there’s only have ONE in the whole branch! Which takes forever to help one customer! This happens to me a few times already! I’m happy to have other banks account with better customer service!
A	Ayat Nour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see how much Does it cost to send a certain amount of USD to my home country from my USD account, I felt like I stole those money when I asked to transfer it and staff said, “Weird”??!! Am I stealing your money? This was my first visit and I feel like it is going to be the last one. In Hamilton I always feel welcomed and respected. Please treat people professionally and let them do whatever they want with their own money ?‍♀️

A	Azam Riffat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Scotia Bank for more than 12 years and did not bother to go to another financial institution but after today, I am going to take my business to TD. I took my younger daughter to this branch close to my house and her school to open a student account, I did not had an appointment, but been a retail outlet, I expect that someone will be available to help us. To my surprise, there was no receptionist, after waiting for few minutes, I requested the branch manager near the reception to help us open an account, she did went at the back to find someone to help us but she asked us to come back in an hour or so. I mentioned to her that it was difficult for us to come back, she said sorry and let us walk out. We went TD across the road to do the same, there was a greeter who greeted with a smile, although they were busy but she went and found someone who took 5 mins to help us. Manager came to say congrats to my daughter. She felt important & over the moon. She is going to go tell all her friends what a great experience she had!!! Here is a teenager who wants to be a doctor, she will stay with TD for her whole life because first impression is the last one. Scotia Bank lost her business for life!!!
M	Mathew Luk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this bank was excellent. Without an appointment, the front desk staff listened to my need patiently and directed me to the Advisor Fiza. She cordially and professionally served my banking need. As a senior, I appreciate that all the staffs there were flexible, not insisting I've to schedule a date and come back. That saved my a lot of trouble. Going forward, I will make this Scotia Bank as my home branch.
