★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub standard customer service in past. But now that they no lobnger offer teller services on Saturdays.. it's just unacceptable. Also they changed my plan without my full authorization. Definately going to scale back on using them as a primary financial institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were asked by BMO online support to go to BMO branch to verify and resolve mismatch information on my husband’s bank card. The staff assisted us was rude and condescending. He had zero patient to listen to us and simply concluded that we switched our bank cards from day one and promptly started to change/switch our accounts information which will totally missed up everything. During the so-called correction, he eventually understood that BMO somehow swapped our names without any reason. However, he did not apologize for his attitude and the inconvenient caused to us, just said “I never see this in my life”. We have been banking with BMO for over twenty years, with such kind of uncontrolled changes and unprofessional staff, I am not sure if we still need to keep banking with BMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience i had the girl with short hair so rude she make problem for nothing i ask for deposit 1200$ In my friend account i go i give here my id and i the phone number for my friend as well she said i need the account number i call my friend he give it to me and i wait around 30 minutes because tooooooo slow and just 2 people work there after that she said i need now the transit number i tell here why you don’t tell me from the binging ? This is just for deposit nothing else the bmo in this location should closed the pay rent for nothing and the some people they are friends for them because they know the name very well loool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How the assistance branch manager such a lack of responsibility? Was doing middle of application and he just so hard to reached out, oh my gosh, he never called us when he said he would. Shenal Perera, don't know how he has been working there as assistant branch manager.

Very bad experience a bank teller said I can go to another location then proceeded to make me sign a cheque I already signed... man didn’t release my money which is fine can’t expect kindness from miserable person. My cheque was for my car being a total loss I already have a lot on my plate. It’s clear bad reviews isn’t working for this location if I have any other issue with this simple transaction which is one cheque from insurance company. I am going to file a complaint to head quarters because this is b.s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the branch, it was very busy. The manager had to join the tellers and help out, It’s very refreshing to see how managers help out in every situation because you dont necessarily see that in other banks from my personal experience. Keep up the good work and great team leaders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read some of the other reviews posted here, and I can understand the frustration of people in certain circumstances, especially during the last two years of Covid-related lock-downs and restrictions. That said, my wife and I have had consistently exceptional service from the people at this BMO branch, especially the Assistant Branch Manager and his colleagues who assisted with the financing of our home and other investments. Without exception, they have been professional, friendly and efficient - we could not have asked for better service, and we look forward to doing business with the team at this branch for years to come.
