When I couldn't get my issue resolved I asked to speak to the manager and was told I would be given a call back in 24-48 hours. A manager was on duty but their call back times are scheduled. It's my money!!! I'm calling because I have a problem NOW not in 24-48 hours from now. Utterly ridiculous service!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
K	KCG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share a Teller & Branch comparision on June 5 &17 at Derry rd brach with Bronte Rd branch about a couple of weeks ago when i needed to convert USD to CAD. Bronte rd Brach offered me way less rate & teller didnt try helping me while at Derry rd Branch Teller Samana & branch offered me best rate to convert USD to CAD two different days. Banking looks easier when teller understands clients needs. Thanks you Samana. Teller can create a good or bad impression for clients & banks.
V	Vee Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are customer centeric branch and then there are branches that makes sure that customer suffer, this branch at Derry/Bronte is one of them. Branch manager - Paulina(Margarita) Calderon is the most customer unfriendly and does not give any attention to what customer want. I needed some cash from my account and branch manager-Margarita denied the request. Told me that there's a cash withdraw limit on the account. RBC Customer care on the phone told me that there's no such limit. Branch mgr wasn't able to show any documented evidence of such limit being an employee of a publicly traded company. She did not even ask me how much I need instead denied the withdraw right away just because i withdrew some money from a different branch. Branch manager could have lend an helping hand and could have helped me out but NO. I wouldn't say worst staff at this branch but worst branch manager as a leader for sure. If you need some help with cash urgently then stay away from this branch, for machine like service, its better served by ATM's than the people at this branch. Noticed others faced this same issue at this branch and posted their feedback.

It’s been almost a month and a half of waiting for these guys to straighten out my business account, they made so many mistakes on the setup that I couldn’t access my account for almost 2 weeks. Now 6 weeks later they still haven’t fixed the problem! NOW I HAVE TO TAKE MORE TIME OFF WORK TO GO INTO TD OR SOMETHING TO SEE IF THEY WANT MY BUISNESS. Ps. The guy that set it up was about to go on vacation, so I didn’t get his full attention towards the setup of my account. He actually seemd to not really know or care about what he was doin. DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH. the people at the Milton mall are the incredibles, go to that branch and save yourself a load of problems.
