The first time I ordered from here on Uber eats for pickup at 9:00 p.m. the store closes at 11:00 p.m. and I was supposed to pick up my order at 9:15 p.m. . By the time I got there at 9:15 the employee was locking the doors and turning off the lights and rushing out even though they saw me approaching the door and they didn't say anything. And they saw me standing there with my arms up looking through the window trying to find out where my food is. My second experience with this restaurant I called to make an order for pickup and they said that my food would be ready in 35 minutes. I got there within 30 minutes and the server kept looking at me wondering why I was there but wouldn't approach me and ask me so I had to flag her down and tell her that I was here for my pickup and she told me that there were no orders. I was not at the wrong location. And it was her voice over the phone. The girl was rude and told me she didn't know what to tell me The third occasion I went there was tonight. Again their website says they close at 11:00 and I'm not sure if it's due to covid that they haven't updated anything but I walked over there and of course by 9:00 they were closed
Y	Yianster 12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with a couple friends and there was one brunette waitress there who was handling the whole restaurant and it was getting pretty busy. She did look stressed and worried about messing up. We felt really bad for her because we know it wasn’t her fault. Our food and drinks did take long to come however I’m not going to put it on her. My future suggestion is maybe to have two people at the bar and one or two people at the tables just so things are handled evenly and no one has to get overwhelmed. The waitress who handled us today deserves a raise/ promotion where even though she looked nervous, she still handled us the best she could given the circumstances. So from all 3 of us we say thank you very much and it wasn’t your fault. Wild wing always delivers on the food!! I only give it a 4 star because of how late our food and drinks took to come. Otherwise. All good!

She was absolutely amazing and Wild Wings is lucky to have such a wonderful asset in their restaurant. Thank you Julia for making our evening so special ?

Unfortunately the kitchen staff and manager care so little about their jobs that they allowed chicken feathers to be cooked into their wings. This isn’t something you can just pass over by mistake, they must have seen this and decided to ignore it because they’re lazy. I had to argue with the manager to get the wings taken off of my bill, explaining that I expect higher quality food from a restaurant I’m paying to eat at. Unbelievable disrespect from him and I will not be eating here again.
