★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set up a transaction every month to pull from my Scotia bank account to make a payment on my BMO loan student . I set up to take out $150 every month . I set this up 3 months ago which means 3 payments have come out. Each payment has pulled that $150 BUT also additionally $9000 plus . Leaving my account insufficient funds and leaving leaving me nsf fee. Every time I go and explain and they say they will fix it well third payment just came out and guess what happened!!!!!!! What kind of bank can’t handle this .... someone needs to be trained this can’t happen !!
