The teller denied access to my funds even after I used my PIN and DL as identity proof. The manager, Ajay, is naive as well and needs to take some training in understanding the policies and on how to deal with customers. Made a complaint and received apology for their staff’s incompetency. Stay away from this branch.

But he was very rude.. And impatient.. My first bad experience

I want to take out MY money and they seem to be stonewalling me. Say they will call back... nothing. And no one seems to be able to help me over the phone. Not sure why/how this branch is still operating. Had poor experience dealing with Mr. Hetal Gandhi and Lori-Ann. Never visiting this branch again! Avoid like COVID-19

If you want to get some financial advice or help, don’t go to this branch, even better, go to a different bank. They don’t care about clients. I made an appointment for an online meeting, the “advisor” never showed up, no apologies, nothing. I made it again, but in- person this time. Same “advisor” , what an awkward situation, zero customer service skills, zero empathy, zero time for you, the client. This person was very incompetent, important emails never were replied, leaving us in a very unfavourable and distressing situation, especially when We needed the bank the most due to a family emergency. There is nothing else to do than switch banks, it’s been enough!!!
