She walked me through the whole process. I really appreciate that kind of help. She is the best, I wish that all the customer service people were like her. Thank you very much Sabina.
T	The Bulk Brothers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch manager is rude and abraisive. I was harrassed at the counter and pressured to use a bank machine because of a medical excemption for a mask. After i mentioned i had been waiting 20 minutes in line he replied with "maybe you should have used the machine". I dont know if he knows that his job is to process retail banking transactions. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Honestly thinking of leaving RBC because of the past 2 months. Waited weeks to hear back about my accounts, always told they were in "meetings". Seems like this branch does not care about customer service and keeping their customers informed on updates on their accounts. They also have no idea on how to explain things properly or understands the needs of the customer. Truly unprofessional and lacks knowledge that they claim their specialized in - Financial advisor.

G	G Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst RBC branch in Milton. Been to this branch occasionally in the past 8 years and I always got bad experiences. From very lazy & careless front counter women, or no one available to serve the moment we arrived, in-competent staff, etc. Perhaps RBC HQ consider this as a graveyard branch, to dump problematic employees to this branch as a punishment. Take my advise and choose another branch. I would give Minus One star to this branch if I could.
G	Gagan Sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to this branch 3 4 times and every time the staff is really helpful...Recently i am facing some issues with my account and i went to brampton branch and those people they don't even care about customer as i also explained them that i am a truck driver i can't go to my home branch as its closed on weekends and am in states Monday to Friday ..but they said thats your problem but when i came to Milton branch there's a lady called Arian ..sorry if i spelled it wrong but she is incredible, she understood my circumstances and solved my problem in minutes and as her manager is also great ...will recommend this branch 100%

Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. You just don’t get that kind of fast service when banking with other banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with RBC!
