★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $8000 to have the carpet redone in our house. Through the process, we picked a carpet that’s we liked and decided to proceed. On the day of install, one of the workers spilt their coffee on the new carpet and we had to ask them to come back and clean it, which they did 3 weeks later. Second, after one year, the carpet started the ‘roll’ and lift in many area around the house, they came and attempted to fix it and put minimal effort into doing so. Now again, it’s still lifting in many areas and they will not warranty their work and want to charge us for the repair, which is their own wrong doing. Would not recommend this company as once you pay and they install, they don’t warranty their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After renting a new home we decided to paint a couple of rooms before moving in. We spilled some paint on one room's carpet that simply wasn't coming out and needed to replace it quickly before we moved in. Not replacing it fast would have caused some issues and hold ups for us due to not being able to setup the room. This was Wednesday.
I called 6+ places and everyone with the exception of Comfi said I had to wait a week or more for measurements! The owner at Comfi was at our home measuring on Thursday. I went to the store to confirm carpet styles before ordering/shipping on Friday, and the carpet was installed Saturday. So awesome. Outstanding service from start to finish.
They know what they are doing and they have the means to source the carpet quickly for standard stuff. I will not hesitate to call Comfi with any future carpet/flooring needs.

Customer service was great as the staff was patient and knowledgeable.The installation was perfectly done and the installers were true pros. The store has a large carpet remnant area at the back which may come in handy for my next project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfi is a customer service first company! Even though my wife and I may have called them back and forth quite a few times they were nothing short of outstanding in dealing with us. Very friendly and down to earth no matter who we spoke with. They came and did our carpet repair job very professionally and the results were amazing. Highly recommended.

I was selling my house so I needed a very fast turn around, they were able to install 2 days later on my ideal date. So easy to work with and everyone was very nice and professional. Plus carpets look great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great carpet for excellent value. They installed carpet into my whole second floor plus staircase in a day. Their removal rates are extremely competitive (under $300). We received quality carpet, premium pad and coverage for 3 large bedrooms, hallway and staircase for under a very affordable rate. Mike(?) was very kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I would definitely come back here when I need carpet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had comfi carpets install carpet on all of our stairs. All tack strip nails stuck out at back of each tread, poking through and into our toes on the way up. Everyone at comfi including the owner Joe said it was normal and that nobody else has ever complained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family went to Comfi for ages and it's obvious why. I'm from out of town but was in the area the other day and decided to pop in to get a rug made. They kindly helped me pick which carpet to use and even were able to rush order and bind it for me same-day. The staff were extremely friendly; they even remembered my family, who haven't been there in at least 3 years (they only stopped going because they moved away). Overall the experience at Comfi was exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and quality interior design.
