I needed some help choosing the right building materials for a job I needed to do. A gentleman named Cody helped me out at the pro desk. I got what I needed and my job went smooth. I would definitely recommend using this location!

Amazing experience. Lisa in the carpet department was absolutely amazing. Great to work with, excellent customer service. Can't say enough good things about her.

This deserves a 0 rate but can't do this. I must say that I'm super disappointed with the manager Makesh. Very arrogant. I was at a Mavis Home depot and saw a faucet on clearance but the last one just sold out. I asked the salesperson to see if another Home Depot had any in stock and they said this location had one. The sight shows $119 so I decided to put one on hold and rushed there( 30 min drive). When I arrived, the item was marked $209. I spoke to the manager to see if they can honor this. He stated that there was nothing he could do for me because this was a clearance item. This was also the last one at this store as well. It was was open, ratty looking and ripped. A good manager would say I will do this as it is the last one considering you drove quite a ways for it. He simply didn't care and said he would not do anything for me. He really needs to learn about customer retention 101. No managerial skill whatsoever.

Visited this place multiple times for some DIY projects. All the staff is very helpful. In the tool rental department, met Sudhir who gave some valuable suggestions and ideas, which increased our knowledge on tools and projects. He is very approachable and friendly guy, with a bundle of knowledge. Highly recommend him and this place!

Terrible experience here. I come from out of the city and I recognize how different things are managed. My go to location is Guelph, I can shop safely with my dog and not experience any type of rude bias towards myself or my dog. I’m not going to name drop (even though I really want to considering how rude this staff was) but I went with the intent to purchase items but after a staff decided to say β€œbe careful with that dog, not too long ago another one was in here and bit someone” and didn’t even look at me, just said it out loud for me to hear and feel hurt. Again, I recognize some people have negative experiences with animals, but for an employee to say that in front another family & to their coworkers while ignoring our request for support is just downright ignorant, they could’ve handled it so much better than that.The sad part is, I called ahead and spoke to a manager who told me β€œyes you’re fine to bring your dog” I made sure I asked as I assumed maybe Mississauga is different than Guelph and I didn’t want to make anyone upset. In the end I left embarrassed & upset. I did speak to 2 different women who were managers and an assistant who took the time to hear me and explain & agreed, perhaps it’s the region and we apologize for your experience but this is OUR policy & i understood. so thank you to those 2 ladies who were the only reason I didn’t cry in the store. To the other lady who starts with an β€œL” I really hope you learn better customer service and not categorize every dog as β€œbad” and I hope you don’t give the same disrespect to individuals who do require a service dogs.

This location is absolutely horrible due to absolutely unprofessional management. I’ll save the rant about how the head manager was a liar and tried to work his way out of honouring warranty and required a 2 hour phone call with the manufacturer to be told he was wrong. Sadly wish I could rate higher as one particular employee (Martin at customer service desk) was so incredibly helpful that I’m grateful that he was there because without him my customer would’ve been left without a hot water tank tonight. One of the best Home Depot employees I’ve ever met I hope he sees this and gets a dam raise

Sandra the manager was horrible. Price was not listed on the shelves properly and she did not honour it when inquired. If I had known it was double the price I would never have picked it up. Her excuse: β€œa storm must have blown it away”… I said excuse me, a storm inside the store? No price was listed properly in that entire aisle. Very poor upkeep. Management needs to be revamped

This Home Depot is a little out of the way for me but sometimes you got to go to a further one for something in stock. Every time I come here, it's never busy so it has a most easy atmosphere to it. I was putting some drywall in my truck when a gust of wind blew it out of my hands. A young Home Depot worker saw me and came running to help. That was very nice of him. Thanks Home Depot!
