I was looking for a specific bag of soil and after looking around myself asked an associate sitting at the entrance. Without looking at it too closely, she told me that it would be near cash. I took a quick look near cash and went back and told the associate that it was unlikely a large bag of soil was at cash and then she said that that brand is always at cash and passed me off to another associate who asked me for the sku and then said it was out of stock...I told him that the stock shows 13 bags and he asked me to go check at the back and carried on. This is rare as I have always had a fantastic experience at this store and hope it is a one off.

Got help at the paint department, not so much at the appliance section, as I felt I was bothering the reps, both of them were free and neither was sure they wanted to help. Strange experience. It's a do it yourself place, so be prepared to figure things out as you go.
