P	PULIN PATEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best nurseries I have ever seen. Quite a big lot. Humble and friendly staff eager to help in every possible manner. Prices are reasonable and so many choices of flowers, plants, vegetables, decorative pots, planters and so on.

You can get lost strolling through this place with all the pretty colors of the plants and flowers. Even if it's just to get ideas and inspiration for your garden, this is a great place for that! Will definitely come back. They've been around for a long time.

Ask two associates in the nursery who directed me towards which area roses are & on asking for assistance both said there will be someone. Went there, look around & waited but no one was there. I went back & ask if someone can be sent to assist me because i only wanted climbing roses & i needed around 20+ plants but to my surprise the girl near cash counter rudely refused to send anyone & told me to go back & look around for someone else. She was also not so busy as cashier was already there but choose not to come, not to send someone to help me, asking me rudely to go back & keep looking for someone else. No sale with them but I end up bought everything from Arbor garden nursery nearby who has better respectful knowledgeable staff & excellent plants sections in very reasonable price. You want my $ than show me you care about your customers & be respectful & DON’T be RUDE (that’s definitely not acceptable). Your loss, keep those roses for next year & continue behaving rudely & soon you will be out of business. I will definitely post this on every other places online & tell everyone to avoid going to Jade Garden !! ?☹️
L	Leonard E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another day, another garden centre as a willing hostage for my sweetheart! It seems I've (we've) been on a country tour of these venues for the past few months. Another city, another eye appealing experience. There was no customer lineup here for entry. It was sunny but high humidity was in the air. Still, it the 3rd day of Step 1 for the re-opening of Ontario and it was sooooo nice to be outdoors today. This place is large-sized compared to recent ginormous garden centres recently visited. Indoor and outdoor product selection was very good and pricing excellent! Aisles were wide and it was easy to push a shopping cart along the flooring both inside and outdoors. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Thank you to Kate and Sarah for making this a great shopping experience. Here's to success with the Bug BGonEco insecticide! Parking was not a problem although I don't know what it's like on a busy day. Wait for it..... Yes, we came home with 6 plant additions to the home!

Last two seasons, I tried seeds but it is long process The place is nice and the best part is the staff as they are very friendly and give you right answers. They have wide variety of plants and they are reasonably priced. - Tomoto - Cucumber - Green chilies - Marigold - blueberry plants They also got wide variety of fertilizer and feeders for the plants. Must visit place if you are looking for gardening.
