★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very clean and well organized store. Huge variety of baked goods and very fresh fruits and vegetables. Their freshly pressed orange juice is very delicious. It's location and very parking lot is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my fathers and my favourite store. They have everything we need. The sushi in the deli section is very good. They do lack a few items in the international section that you find at Sobeys.
Overall a very clean environment and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regularly shopper to metro but lately it has not been a pleasant experience. Many empty shelves and managers are not at all approachable. They have never been hospitable, but now they don't even look at you to speak. I have gone to longos for a change. Metro needs to take some lessons. Always friendly , clean and well stocked! Good bye metro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always find what I'm looking for . I love their cakes and desserts. I buy birthday cakes there, caramel crumble, chocolate mousse, strawberry shortcake other. Their produce is fresh, they have a pharmacy and flower shop. You may pay a little bit more than say Walmart but sometimes I can't get there because Kennedy Circle is closer to my home. There is a pharmacy there but Shoppers is also across if you have your prescriptions there along with other amenities like Starbucks, Dynacare, Chinese food and Banking etc...
So paying a little extra goes a very long way for great quality, convenience and everything in one spot a to Metro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have young children then this salon should be on your list. Owners are very patient with young and nervous kids. There are lots of fun things to distract kids including toys, TV and unique and kid friendly themed seats for the hair cutting. Definitely worth the visit!
