★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above average quality of plants that have been taken care of by staff. The staff was very helpful and knew their products. Clean and organized. However, their pricing for herbicides and pesticides are excessive. Found the same sized product at Canadian Tire for HALF PRICE. Overcharged!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought sod, and it comes rotten, smelling very bad. I called then and Terra told me no exchanges, no refund. I will never come back to this store. Very disappointed. Check if your items are ok first, they will not help you after you leave the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always a treat to go into Terra for your gardening needs. The variety, choice, layout, friendly staff are all so appealing one can be excused for going overboard with one's purchases here.
From plate, flowers, tools, outdoor patio furniture and more this is a one-stop shop for everything front and back yards.
We just love visiting them every year to spruce our yard appeal with their fantastic range of products.
The only one change I would suggest is they get better cash machines that print a more readable receipt. For someone like me, who always checks the print out at every store, their receipts with faint ink is a tough one to read.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Terra greenhouse . Such a huge and lovely variety of plants to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Customer service is great and so are the prices. Mums are 3 for $33. Alot of them to choose from. I highly recommend this place. Our apple tree, hydrengeas and rose bush is still going strong after 4years. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, great collections of tropical plants, cactus and all kind of decorative plants for both indoor or outdoor, i purchased few cactus from there and the staffs were very helpful in guiding me with the soil, pot and fertilizer combinations that will be required to nurture the cactus in long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a little more pricey for the plants but worth it because they’re taken care of daily by staff vs a big box store that forgets to water. open all year round (minus some holidays) and dog friendly!!! ? daisy points card is good if you’re a frequent shopper... take advantage!
