In regard to Mr. White, he was punctual & trustworthy. I was very satisfied with his work, as it was done professionally.
I definitely will do business with Carpet One again.

Thanks to Carpet One Floor & Home - Mississauga.The Owner was helpful and kind, he was very helpful to find the best carpet for my home, and everything worked out good for us at an amazing price. I bought Mohawk everyday living brand stands are soft and easy to clean , which is perfect fits for my house with pet and small kids.
About Benjamin, who did an amazing job on installation, was efficient and quick. Once again I am grateful and Thankful for my new stairs. Good Job Carpet one Floor & Home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, Tara and Bal were extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose the right flooring for my main floor since we are renovating our kitchen. I choose a luxury vinyl flooring called Duff and it looks absolutely amazing. Bal was honest and her insight in helping me choose the right floor and bringing samples and guiding me in the right direction was truly appreciated. The flooring installer named Paul was absolutely amazing as well. I highly recommend hiring him to do the flooring. He is perfection. He did such a great job, he removed an area where there was mould due to previous h/o that had a fish tank and made our house safe for us. Thank you so much to the Team at Carpetone for making our house look so good!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to redo their flooring. And have already told all of my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a lot to switch from carpet to laminate in 3 bedrooms and family room. I was told I would get the best floorer. I have large gaps in one area and sent photos to Bal and Tara asking the gaps be fixed. No response. People visit and ask who did the flooring. I’m embarrassed to say who as I thought this company had a good reputation. I was going to come back to order carpet for the stairs too but I doubt it now. If you need photos, let me know.

Ben and Bob were terrific as they installed the carpet in my basement. Once finished they Vacuumed and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with Capital One. Thank you. We chose fantastic luxury vinyl flooring for our basement at a good price and it was installed by Paul. Paul was fantastic. He showed up on time, installed the floor quickly, and gave us great ideas for maintaining the floor. My wife and I highly recommend Carpet One Mississauga to people looking for new flooring!
