★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended by another customer. "back in an hour" sign had been there for the last two days. The hours aren't helpful as I was off early from work to get a chance to go, only to see the sign. wasted my time. Mailbox is full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called 3-4 times, one guy told me he'd call back, the other took my number and said they'd call back. No calls within 2-3 weeks. I shouldn't have to chase them down. Now that I've seen some of their work, i'm glad i went with someone else and more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure what the other reviews are talking about because my experience was amazing ! From the beginning to the end Mark and Cory were incredible. They helped me with the complete project management of my renovation, and the customer service I received from Cory with my many questions was never ignored and was handled with extreme friendliness. Mark came on site to ensure everything ran smoothly, gave recommendations, and even the after care was incredible. I am a very picky person and I 100% recommend this company. Thanks so much for all your hard work my floors and stairs look incredible ! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store and what a mess inside. Spoke to Mark (store owner) and the following day he came to my place to measure up. Said he will send his quote "today or tomorrow". Three months later no quote received, even after leaving message for him with another store rep. He wouldn't waste his time on your quote if he won't fool you with this quote. So it is up to you to let a stranger into your house and hope he will provide you with a quote. There are plenty of honest hardwood dealers and installers around. Avoid this place.

They went out of the way to get Torlys flooring for us at the best price, they were very responsive through phone and email. They will take the floor measurements for you and assign a installer soon after. They do alot of work with Mattamy homes so you can trust their expertise! Corey and Mark have been excellent to work with, they will not waste your time and get you what your looking for asap. They have other brands of luxury vinyl they can recommend to you as well in which they use most often. Highly recommended!
