★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As newly returned to the hobby after 30+ years I was fortunate to find Credit Valley Railway. Friendly staff who had time to answer all my inquiries and show me what I've missed. Plenty of literature available and no shortage of stock at reasonable prices. Only quibble is business hours, if you plan on shopping check if they're open before you go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should really change your web site and “Open” details, it says you are open for in store shopping and curb side, I drove to hours to visit your store and at the door were told curb side only. That is really poor customer service in a time when there are capacity restrictions only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited the store in the past, but the last two years due to Covid I've just used the website. It works much better than it used to, clearly shows if items are in stock or not, and sales and special occasion deals pop up every other month or so. The online newsletter The Dispatcher is a very detailed and informative monthly release to your email that I find super useful, keeping us informed of new and upcoming releases. My numerous online orders have been simple and quick, often getting an email with shipping estimates within the same day. I miss being in the store to marvel at the layouts, but scrolling through the HUGE online selection works for now. Well done CVRR, and glad to see you've managed to weather the Covid storm that has harmed so many businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices in Amerivan dollars. Very pricey. After reading CVRC reply, I gave their site another visit and found I was mistaken. So I ordered a new locomotive ? from them and found the price competitive the website easy, but most impressive was the delivery. Very happy ?, sorry for my first review. I'll be back.

With the amount of stock they have, especially with detail parts and other small items that they have, you're going to find something here that you didn't expect to find. The staff have been getting friendlier and increasingly helpful which is great. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great service, plenty of stock and friendly staff who know the hobby and business. Doesn't treat occasional customers any differently than some places. I have done many hassle free special orders here and they are always very accomodating despite a few difficult requests! Prices are good! Highly recommend this place! Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place can't be called a store, it's a warehouse. It's hard to imagine a big model train shop in Toronto with all the accessories. Stickers, rails, characters, houses... Anyway, it's worth coming over once a month to buy! Occasionally they have models on sale! But we're lucky if we get one.
