★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to store looking for single laundry pipe to connect different sorts of threading on both sides thin and thick which wasn't easy to find by myself.
Luckily a Home depot Employee-Todd Ellis- saw me all confused and helped me out to find the right pipe and connector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is a little bit far to come regularly. But I can always depend on them for having stuff that the rest of the Home Depot’s are out of stock with. Parking is super easy to get in and out of and the staff is always super friendly here. Very clean, organized and well stocked location! My pictures are very detailed and thorough so if you’re looking for anything, to complete a home renovation. Feel free to browse through my photos, to see the selection they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can put zero star, I will do that. I just only need to buy one plywood and cut following my size. The lumber people said they will come back soon. And then they disappeared for 50 mins. No matter how I asked the other staff to reach to them, there was no response. Can you guys respect the customer's time ? . I waited more 10 mins after their reception said they come. In total, waiting time was 1 hour. Finally one guy come, but it is not lumber specialist. So as the result, he cut my wood in wrong side , which cost more time to deal with that. Worst experience ever. Come in 2pm, and get out for 1:30 hour just only for one product. You guys really disrespect customer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is gross, staff are too busy on their phones to greet their customers. Inventory count is shameful. Products on shelf damaged. Manager defends the store rather than taking responsibility. Went across the street to an amazingly clean, well lit, friendly and was provided free leaf bags at checkout as a bonus. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by an employee from Plumbing (George Michael). Went in to get some custom cut gas pipe and he seemed to be the most familiar with how to use the threading and cutting machine.
PLEASE do not get rid of that machine! And every Home Depot needs more George Michael's on their staff. Sadly, there is only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced great customer service. The Home Depot employee Todd Ellis (Store 7006) was interested in what our needs were. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. This is a rare experience in retail today. Todd is a great asset to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stacey is by far the best employee around, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been back to this location! She made making a return as seamless as possible and was very kind. When I came back another time and had another problem with a product she willingly and kindly helped me again. The cashier Abigail was also very kind! The employees are what make coming to the store worth it! Thank you guys :)
