★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude people. Treat you like they’re doing you a favour. I’ve been to locations the past 3 days. From beginning to end. These coworkers are not pleasant or helpful. At this location only’ You have to check yourself out online with very little help. They don’t greet you nicely or thank you. All they say is wear your mask & your welcome ! Not a nice experience at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great finds however they are extremely overpriced. This is one of the most expensive Restores in the GTA and I've been to many. Over the years and under new staff managers, the prices for these used and donated items have become equal or higher then the original value. Not to mention the rude manager they have running the store right now. The poor staff that have to work under her supervision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe there is fraud happening at this store. The manager named "Marina" is extremely rude and unprofessional. The items that were donated are priced at almost the same as a for profit store. Something needs to be done at this place. Our tax dollars pay for places like this to exist, what's going on in this store is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review will echo some of the existing reviews for that location: friendly staff but man, prices...! Way too high. I've been going there for years and prices have increased significantly from the times I was going there just a few years ago. Granted you don't pay taxes, but I had to discuss the matter with a staff member more than once when I really thoughts some items seemed high. I was told prices are typically half of retail, but I know that NOT to be true for a large number of items. I bought a lit mirror for instance for $75, which was sold at Costco for about $100 (I know that for a fact because a friend bought the exact same from there for that price). Even with the tax, you're far from being 50% off retail. Lots of items including ceiling fans are also very expensive (well over $100 in some cases), when I recall getting a fan from there years ago for $45. Another example was a floor-mounted tall tub faucet that was hundreds of dollars, when some retail models were about the same price if not lower. Some pieces of furniture like tables, often slightly damaged or scratched are priced way too high.
Clearly, their pricing strategy is off and that's a real shame. It totally defeats the purpose of the ReStore concept.... A pity really. :-(
