★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this location (Hansen) gives home hardware a bad name, very poorly managed and customer service is terrible. Go to the delta park location instead. The Hansen location refused to take back an unopened item with a receipt, owner ignored follow up calls and emails as well. Fortunately, Nick the owner of the delta park location (queen and airport) was able to help me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. They have what you need and more. Went in looking for a few Hex nuts with no idea what I needed. The gentleman working in hardware was incredible. With no knowledge or size of what I needed he was able to suggest the correct hex nut. When I got home I was able to make my repair and not have to return to the store. You would not get service like this from other stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady was really rude in home hardware uniform and was fighting with customers over parking , I rather go to some other store whom has some respectable employees who don’t fight with customers over parking .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be the worst manager I have ever seen, she lied to me and Even changed the invoice on the order, she ordered three galans or liters of a wood stain and told me the price was twenty nine dollars a gallan and would be in about three day , she the so called manager called and said my order would in latter that day and I said I would pick it up the next day and when I went in to pick up my order that s when she told me she made a mistake and the price was forty dollars more a litter or gallon. She has to be the most incompetent manager I have ever seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better off shopping else where like walmart, canadian tire, home depot, lowes. I had so many issues with this store. Only ended up coming here due to the flyer i saw vacuum on sale. I wasnt pleased with the cashier at first as it was 5:45pm and they close at 6pm and this place isnt even busy. One customer walked in and cashier getting mad because customer walked in. She was telling her co-worker to lock the doors. I’d understand if it was right at 6pm or if it was busy. The store was dead. Secondly my issue was their hours of operation as it doesnt align with people that work during the days. I work 9 to 5 and with traffic by the time i come its almost 6. So many times i couldnt make
It cauze they close at 6pm and one day when i left work early just to return the vacuum, they were rude. They opened up the entire box and plugged it in and said it works fine. I explained to them the situation and whats wrong with it and they didnt even bother and said contact the company as we dont have the time to do that. It was some old woman im assuming from trinidad. She was very rude. Overall, the staff is just eager to go home, hours of operation isnt reasonable and dont even bother getting a return or exchange. I only found 1 gentlemen their that was nice. Never again coming here.
