★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money, you get what you pay for. Budget furniture has bed sets priced at different price points. Chose a mid-tier bed set and was more than happy with it. Very straight forward about pricing, they do not inflate prices, hence they don't offer discounts. Have most items in stock and furniture was delivered within 2-days. Great place if you can't wait for weeks to furnish you home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay AWAY from this store! Save yourself from humiliation.
Purchased a pull out couch from this store thru their kijiji ad (dont know if they have middlemen handling the ads).
First, the quality of the cushioning and overall product is very poor!
The delivery persons just dropped the big packed boxes outside the building, did not even help to get to the elevator.
I had to carry those heavy /huge items to my 20th floor unit.
When I assembled, it turned out that the parts wont fit as the hardware are not aligned.
I called the number which booked my orders - now she asks for invoice which she herself did not provide! she then gave another number(the owner of the shop) - this person was so arrogant and impolite. He told me the fix will be at my cost or I need to do it myself and the manner he spoke was so rude and indecent. I mentioned about the delivery issue(for which he charged me) - he said delivery is handled by 3rd party and he is not responsible.
Please stay away from this store and these indecent guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First let me just say that, you have to know what is worth the money when shopping for furntiture ANYWHERE. Sometimes it's looks good, but feels cheap!
I always have a good experience here! Purchased my daughters solid wood bunk bed here 4 years ago and it is still just as strong. Also purchased my living room sectional here and it is still very solid after 3 years. Recently returned and purchased my solid wood bedroom set here for a very reasonable price! I went next door to make sure I was getting a great deal and, it turns out I saved over 1000 bucks! I was also able to get same day delivery where as, next door you have to wait 2-3 months. This place never fails me, never has and, until it does, I will always return. Thank you Budget Furniture for your amazing customer service and quality products!
Edit: it's been a few months since I've purchased and, it is still a well made set. However, I find that the dresser and night table easily scratch. This is the type of furntiture you put absolutely nothing on.

SCAMMERS REGARDING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY MATERIALS APPLIED. BOUGHT A COUCH FROM THEM, LESS THAN A MONTH LATER IT WAS ALL RIPPED OFF. WAITED FOR MORE THAN 10 WEEKS FOR ANY SORT OF SOLUTION, THEY KEPT GHOSTING AND LYING. HONESLTY, I GAVE UP AND LEARNT MY LESSON THE HARD WAY. THROWING THE $1K SOFA IN THE GARBAGE.
SO, UNLESS YOU'RE UP TO GETTING A HUGE HEADACHE, DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE. EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional at all. Delivery drivers were good. Make sure u establish a delivery date and time or better yet pic the stuff up yourself. They're not like leons or brick sometimes it's good to not be cheap, cuz in the end u still end up paying more.?♀️

Terrible and dishonest people. Would not honour the deal they promised over the phone. Bunk bed (MIAN) that I purchased was different than advertised on their website. Their website and Kijiji photo (attached) shows a trundle bed, but in reality you get 2 trundle DRAWERS. Their own website says, "Up to 3 Kids can sleep." This is WRONG; only 2 kids can sleep, as you CANNOT use the trundle with a mattress as advertised. Bunk bed also came out of the box with surface scratches on various pieces. Also, beware prices are higher in store than on Kijiji.
Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a sectional sofa that I was told had a warranty but when the seats began to sag and the nails popped out injuring my kids, they refused to not only honour the warranty but provide any confirmation of such so my visa could get it fixed. The manager was rude and yelled at me. The bar we purchased was warped and even though the manager promised a partial refund he never provided it. The quality of the furniture they have is terrible. Their customer service is worse.
