Furniture Warehouse Brampton - Brampton

We found an advert for this store on Facebook and we ended up purchasing a three piece leather sofa set for $1600. It was delivered two days later. The delivery men were courteous and assisted us in bringing the furniture into our home. The set itself is very nice! It was easy to construct and features cup holders and recliners. It’s a real shame this business has so many one star google reviews because 1) this is an off brand business and 2) it does cast a shadow of doubt for new customers like myself. Upon delivery, we did find a small tear on one of the arm rests and reached out to request an exchange. Nav promptly responded and assisted to resolve the issue quickly with no hassle. All in all, we got a great deal so we’re pretty happy. Apparently they are wholesalers to Walmart, Costco & Leon’s, so it’s an opportunity to save yourself some $ and cut out the middle man.

This is by far the worst place I have ever visited. We booked a bed with them, and gave deposit amount. After a waiting period of 3 months, we called them but they never pick calls. At instances they picked the call and cut it while talking. They havnt returned the deposit amount nor had they provided the bed. Pathetic service and total wastage of time and money. I m not sure about consumer forum in Canada, else would seriously like to complaint and shut their shop.

Fraud Alert: avoid this place. They are bunch of rogues giving Brampton a bad image. They will take your money and deliver substandard product to you. I have been a Victim twice. They are a big FRAUD !!!. Please avoid them by all means. This store and brand should be avoided by all means. Thanks

Amazing service and quality, bought most of my furniture here and it has lasted me so long. I recommend this place 10/10

Stay away from this place. Furniture quality is very cheap and worst customer service ever. Bought a couch from Furniture Warehouse and it starts peeling off from a small spot after 6 months. Called them and they said don’t worry use it and if it keeps peeling off we will fix it. Few months later it started getting worst, visited them and asked them if they can fix it now(still under warranty) They said email us the pictures and we will take care of it. Emailed and waited for their call or email but didn’t receive any phone call or email. After a month visited them and he said our warehouse is closed due to covid and will call you as soon as we open. Waited for couple months visited again and he said oh I forgot to call you we were open but now our warehouse is closed again. Its been over a year now and I had visited their showroom Several times, called so many times, messaged them. Every time I go I get a response will call you in 2 weeks and will pick up your couch to fix it. Funny thing is you can order a new couch when it comes to fixing our couch their warehouse is closed. Where all other furniture stores are open. I do have bill,emails, whatsapp messages and you can see the pictures of the sofa how bad it is in just 1 year. Can’t even keep this couch in our house anymore its a complete garbage. I’m going to drop off this in front of their store so they can keep this garbage. Stay away from this store unless you can afford to change your furniture every year. I wish I have read the reviews before purchasing and you can see they haven’t even responded to anyone means they do not care at all.

I gave the rate of 2 as an average of in person service vs after purchase customer service. I dealt with Vinny on Fri April 8. I knew what I wanted - it was a matter of seeing the item and making the purchase - it was an easy sale. I had the sofabed sectional item delivered on April 14 and from there it has been a disaster ever since and here is why. - The items arrived in my apartment, but I had to put it together my self. I was not told this at the time of purchase, I am only a girl and purchased the unit for my new apartment. Had I know that I would not have made the purchase. - I was told it was easy, it was a matter of clicking it in place. - When I advised that I couldn’t do it myself and that I needed help on April 16, I was told that I would have to call on Tuesday as his people were all out for the long weekend. - I called Tues and was told that no one could come till Thursday, April 18. - I called Thursday and was told they would come Friday. - Friday came, I called to confirm that they were coming that night - yes, his guys said they would come by at 6pm. 5pm that day - Vinny called and said that his guys could no longer come and soonest would be Monday and I would have to pay $50 for installation. - Enough was enough, I found two guys on facebook marketplace, they were here within 90 mins. I had to pay $120 for this service. - Then during the furniture installation, the guys that came needed a 3rd set of hands to hold up one piece of the sofa, then each guy lifted up a piece of the sofa to click it in place. See pics attached. - I’m only a girl, seeing the pics how could one person put it together. Had I known I would have had this hassle, I would have chosen another type of sofa. Their items look nice on the outside, but are not quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place, you are better off going to the Brick, Leons or Bad Boys for the same price ($2k) and wouldn’t have had any issues. I will be lucky if this lasts me 2 years.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with these guys for more than 5 years. Every time I am in need of new furniture, whether it’s a bedroom set or new couches. We always love coming to see the guys at Furniture Warehouse!!! It feels like family! The prices are super fair and the quality is everything you would expect from those other expensive “Name brand” stores. Lol. You won’t catch me spending big bucks for a Brick or a Leons product that I can get for half the price!!!

The employees are crazy friendly and the service is outstanding. The furniture is great with just as great prices. There's so many different styles to choose from so anyone wouldn't have much trouble looking for what you want. Overall, I recommend this place.
