My delivery was delayed for 6 months during Covid because the Ashley plant was closed due to the pandemic. In fairness it wasn't Furniture Depots fault, they offered a different color which I declined. Upon a very late night delivery, the movers did not assemble my furniture, remove paper, cardboard, plastic etc, nor did they put the legs on the couch I had waited so long for. I had to wait another couple weeks to hire someone to put the legs on the couch. Shout out to Amy and Joe who tried their best to support my purchase. All in all not the best experience, they messed up my order from start to finish. ?

Furniture depot has excellent customer service and not to mention their gorgeous collections. My family and I always buy our furnitures from here and they always have the best prices comparing to many other shops for the same type of product. I would recommend this store for anyone looking to buy modern/unique furniture for an affordable price.

We dealt with Annette at Furniture Depot to get a custom bed made and couldn’t possibly have had a better experience. She took the time to understand EXACTLY and PRECISELY what we were looking for and fully executed! We were blown away with the quality and workmanship. No corners cut. Phenomenal customer service. Consider us loyal customers, we will be back!

I had some hiccups with my online order - was originally shipped the wrong item, but they promptly addressed the issue and got me out a different sofa. Not the one I originally ordered, as it was out of stock. I ultimately returned this item as it was just not suitable. Again, they were very accommodating and willing to work with me. I actually took a trip in to the Brampton store to try out sofas and ended up ordering a more expensive but far better quality sectional. Delivery was delayed on it but that was out of their hands due to supplier delays. Overall, I give Furniture Depot props for being communicative, helpful and friendly. Again, I am very surprised by all the one star reviews. With the supply chain issues happening right now, they are far better than other retailers - I know, because I've been dealing with them too.

Please avoid this company at all costs. I have never had to leave such a negative review for a business in my entire life, but Furniture Depot truly deserves it. I placed an order mid March, was told delivery would be end of April. Fast forward to May, I call to follow up on an estimated delivery and they tell me that only 1 of 2 pieces are available so I will be guaranteed to receive it by May 13. May 13 comes and goes and I’m now being told that they have all the pieces, however, nobody is delivering in my area at this time, but someone will call me next week to schedule a delivery date/time. Someone did call the following week and I was told that my sectional will be delivered on May 23 between 2-7pm. Being that May 23rd was a holiday I found it strange that they would come - but anyway I was hopeful. So of course nothing comes and I’ve been calling ever since and someone has yet to pick up the phone. Does anyone actually work here? If you’re a potential customer, please read the reviews from other customers, they are very accurate and recent experiences. Do not be swayed by their competitive prices, you’re better off going to another retailer that puts customer service above profit, because once Furniture Depot has your money they don’t care about anything else.

May 2022 update: Can you say BRUTAL? After 8 months of waiting, in March I received a broken sectional sofa and a broken storage unit. Check out the pictures of the sofa - that’s actually how it arrived - ripped, taped and broken. Do you think they thought we might not notice?? Disgusting. And….now the waiting game continues. Going on month 2 with no response on how or when to get a replacement. I’m a short fuse away from starting legal action against them as this is the most atrocious service I’ve ever experienced. BUYER BEWARE!! In a word...BRUTAL. This organization is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. They ignore emails, don't respond to voice mail, say one thing and do another, and basically can't deliver on any commitment they make. By way of analogy, they make dealing with Bell seem delightful and like the best experience ever.

Extremely happy with my purchase. So in love with my bed and the staff were very professional and helpful. Ask for Amy when you go there. She was a delight to work with. Always took my calls and got my bed to me before Christmas just as she promised. Definitely would buy again from this store.
