H	Honey singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a most expensive hard wood work desk from them(paid almost $1500). Within few days polish came out and we had no clue why and how. Either the wood isn’t good or the polish isn’t done. We aren’t sure we are not the experts, we thought we are getting the best after paying a good amount of money. So we went back and asked them what can be done. They responded saying it was delivered right so they can’t help with it. The manager didn’t care to get her/his butt up and talk to us. They were least interested in retaining the customer. It was all about selling once. No one really bothered will never go there again. Poor service regret purchasing. ——————////——- Update- we were told to call on a certain number after posting this review. Again we were told someone will get back. No one really wanted bothered it’s been more then 14 days

A special thanks to Kishor P for his excellent service and knowledge of the store and where things were. In the end we bought a couple of other things along the way but we are happy with our choices.

I specially liked the fact that he LISTENED to what I wanted/needed vs what I could afford, gave me plenty of choices and did his best to make the financing happen too. While I'm sure they have plenty of capable sales people there, I'm only dealing with him from now on!

Every time they keep postponing the delivery from Nov 2021 to now July 2022 end and that too not sure if they can. They give you a deferred payment plan, and start charging the interest even when the furniture is not delivered. Requested them to revert the interest but but was not done. No one bothers to follow up. Never going back to Leon's. Hi, I didn't cancel the order. I cancelled the payment that started charging the interest on the payment for order that was never delivered. I had to pay the interest from my pocket. Once i cancelled the payment, i get to know that the order itself is cancelled. I was not asking for the financing option at all. I wanted to pay for the order without financing to avoid any further interests. However your staff does not even bother to tell the dates and the final amount due . Every time i asked for the delivery date i am always told a different date which is not acceptable. Kindly check the details with staff.

She showed me all the options and selections. She was very patient with my questions. Really took the time to guide me through the entire process from selecting the items to payment options. Such dedication and commitment is extremely rare to find In any business. In addition to that, she is a very pleasant lady and an excellent conversationalist . Strongly recommend meeting her and letting her take care of you! ? Cheers!!

She called twice once the deal was active to ensure I came in to get a refund. She has fled our transaction with the utmost care. Even when over customers approached her, she kindly asked them to wait as to attend to us one on one. There was no big box feel, no pressure or commitment. I wish all furniture sales people were trained by asha. She even went out of her way to ensure the warehouse has physical stock by calling then reservering and confirming it would be picked and ready for our arrival which it was! Thank you for making this such a pleasant expirence.

Ali helped us go through our options, trying to stay in our comfort as well as our price range, and was extremely patient. We eventually found a couch and table with a minor defect, which he made sure worked perfectly before selling it to us, he treated us much more than just customers. He understood exactly what our needs were, and did his absolute best to fulfill them. He gave us an awesome deal on a sofa and coffee table, made us laugh plenty, and even had the warehouse wrap the furniture for us to put it into the back of the truck. Absolutely fantastic service, I highly recommend Ali to anyone on the hunt for furniture, he is truly a treat to work with!

Good variety, would like to see more contemporary choices with beds and sectionals. Their deals are usually pretty good as well.
