Very helpful customer service agents, and a very capable two-man delivery team manager to get our appliances ready to go before noon. As long as pick items that they have in stock, you can have the same pleasant experience, no doubt.

Unfortunately I was sent a new fridge with damage and had to reject it and now have to wait for another delivery for my new fridge hopefully without any damage this time. This is an inconvenience, however the experience with the sales rep and delivery personnel were great.

I did payment on the phone, delivery was scheduled and I received my washer next day thank you so much "Ray" it was a great experience.

All the appliances were delivered on time except the dishwasher which took over 6 months but I guess this is due to stressed supply chain all over North America and unprecedented times we are dealing with but altogether it was a nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

They were very knowledgeable and took the time to go through the models they had on display. They also had a large selection to look through. They were not pushy and gave us time to walk around and make our final decision. The delivery team removed our old fridge and delivered the new one in about 5 minutes. They gave us plenty of notice as to when they would be at our home. Very friendly and easy going. Thank you very much to the entire team!

The communication was excellent regarding delivery and it arrived as scheduled. The delivery guys did an excellent job & removed my old washer/dryer under difficult conditions.
