Purchased an exercise bike online on january 1 2019 it arrived today on january 8th. When i opened bike it was easy assembly. Literally 5 pieces to bolt together with L keys. After assembling it all and it was time to put the handles on i noticed both arm rests were broken. My friend got his delivered yesterday and even on his 1 arm rest was broken. But on mine both are broken.

They always have what I am looking for and when picking up my orders the staff is very knowledgeable when i have questions. I like the wide range of products they carry, location is clean and organized, prices are pretty good. Hours are good too. Thanks Best Buy and your staff for great shopping experience.

I placed an online order for an otterbox symmetry case. I received it in a timely manner. However I opened the package and I was really disappointed in the fact that I was sent a used cellphone case. It came in a package that is all ripped, and the case was even placed in upside down. I contacted customer service this morning that merely said to me, you have 30 days to return it. There was no apology, no discount offered, no solution to this problem. Other then an inconvenience to return the product, reorder it and wait again. I’m not even sure that they’re going to accept this return based on the condition alone. I will return this product and go elsewhere. If I’m paying full price for a product, I expect it to be brand new!

It's an warehouse, went to collect a TV. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Kudos to the team. Had a very amazing experience.

Went to the Best Buy Clearance Centre on Saturday (3rd of October) looking for a fridge. Please be aware of any holes, dents, scratches, etc on any of the appliances. Delivery is $79.99 and if you would like to pick up, it is on the same day of purchase. Always ask for a better price on the sale item, for they can honour it because you are more than likely to see a blemish on the appliance. I got a Samsung French door fridge that retails now in major appliance stores for $1399.99 and due to a dent on the side of the fridge, I got it for $899.99. Due to COVID, they limit 6 people at a time in the store. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Please check website for store hrs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mat, helped me a great deal and gave me an amazing price on the fridge. Go to this location before you go to the major appliance stores.

Fairly straightforward place to get your load from, follow the rules and things go well, remove the printer paper edge they lose their heads, can’t figure out which stop is which and cost you some time. Do what you want after you leave the gate do your best to keep paperwork as they hand it to you. Seem to be training a new person every week for the position. Otherwise, left alone to park outside the gate at the end of a long day and not having to trek through Brampton for a truck stop that’s likely full of people who are at home is refreshing thanks a lot! Appreciated for sure.

BEWARE OF THE SALES MANAGER! Went to the warehouse Thursday concerning my dishwasher, I was told if I did not pick it up with 24 hours it would be on the floor and my money would go to my card, I did not have time and was quite busy, I told them prior it wouldn’t work. After four days the money wasn’t returned to my card so I went on Sunday to the warehouse to talk to them concerning this, they told me that I had no choice but to pick it up and I wouldn’t get my money back, when I asked why to the sales manager, I then told the manager I would pick up the machine and asked why he couldn’t tell me before hand instead of wasting not only my time but his, then he threatened me in front of my children that he would call security instead of answering my simple question, he was very unprofessional and rude, please be aware of this manager!!!
