A	Andrew Schwiering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a DAP on Sunday night and waited the 2 business days for shipping info to come in, I figured they may be busy etc. Wednesday morning I emailed to follow up only to find out my order was cancelled because of separate billing/shipping addresses. I understand the concern there, however I was never contacted about a) resolving the issue or verification or b) that the order itself was even cancelled! Customer service was not helpful at all, nor did they apologize for the lack of communication. The item is now sold out so I can't even re-order of I wanted to. Would not recommend!

Lucky for me I stumble upon an AVGearShop ad on Ebay. I explained them my situation and budget and they were able to help me out and even gave me more than I asked for. They kept me updated via email throughout the process in a very professional manner. I was able to get what I asked for before my due date of Christmas. Excellent price and service. Give them a try and there will be no regret.

They allowed me to return the bench at their expense and at the same time Jason, to mend this error, offered me a deal on another piano bench for all the inconvenience. Jason was an excellent customer service representative to deal with. I would highly recommend this store.... great prices, product and customer service.

I originally found it on BestBuy's site but decided to order it straight from the company. When I hadn't received any notification from the delivery service on the status of my order, I decided to call their customer service and they were able to confirm that it was in transit and if I hadn't received it or heard from them, then to call them a couple days later and they would figure it out! It didn't come to that point. Overall the customer service was wonderful! Thank you for providing good quality products and great service!
K	Kevin C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sit/standing desk of AVGearshop on Bestbuy. Used it for about 3 months and the bar that connects the motor (on one leg) to the other leg was broken. Contacted customer service and received my replacement bar in a couple of days. Great customer service indeed!

Canada post never have received the package from Avgear... I would suggest you avoid them... Or at least pay with paypal for security (and warranty).
