We ended up ripping the tiles all together because each and every tiles were different colors. they didn't do nothing about it but just wasted our time coming to inspect and Jim the manager agreed those tiles were bad and has different colors and vains. Worst company to deal with. Stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a skilled flooring installer and worked with gracious for years when they used to carry a lot of brand name products (Infiniti and Naf etc), they came up with this lineup and pushed it on me for an installation in my own basement and put their guarantee on it, the installation went relatively well with no major issues but now two years later literally every joint is splitting! So much for their 25 year warranty, please don’t be fooled by low prices and high quality guarantees, this is such a fraudulent business I have no idea how they are still operational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first we were little concerned about amazing product but as never heard about it and one of my friend had it in his house , Then we got sample of it and tested , our condo inspector told its good and then we got there laminate called California beach for our condo and underpad which was sound proof approved by our management as well and everything looks awesome even our installer who installed this product first time told its really good and he created account with gracious tiles and hardwood oakville . Whoever comes and see it wants same one for there apartment as well
Happy with it will recommend to others.

it went really great locking system is very good easy to install , 100% waterproof product i would recommend it everybody for sure

went really great
they have there laminate waxed on all 4 side locks which makes it water resistant great idea , normally laminate you buy from other places doesn't have any wax and gets damaged with little water .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow factor qua material purchased from gracious hardwood . Amazing brand waterproof laminate is a wonderful product . Despite water flooding in my basement the product does not got damage and after cleaning it was intact. Saves money. This experience gave me good experience and build trust in the amazing brand.
