★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching through many flooring stores, we were extremely surprised at the attentive customer service and fantastic pricing in the Brampton store. We required 625 sq. ft of flooring for a kitchen / living room and dining room renovation and Janette was able to give us even lower pricing than all the other stores and a pick up date within two days. Thanks again! We will be back for more flooring when we renovate the rest of the house!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with them. Last year I replaced my carpet with hardwood, I did lots of research , visited so many flooring centers and ended up purchasing from Amazon brampton. Janette has a great customer service and helped me a lot, so this year when I decided to do laminate for my basement I went right away to her and chose what a want! I didn't waste my time going somewhere else, beatable prices and big showroom with decent selection.
I will recommend it to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady with mens haircut at the front desk is just a B**** very rude and unprofessional, I have never seen anyone anywhere talk with customers the way she does. Minus 5 stars. Their prices are just what you will find anywhere else but at least you will get better customer service in other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Eddie-Carlos do the install. Pricing beat anyone out there, they were spot on with the materials, everything was on time and as expected. Our installer was just the best part of my day. Sang while he worked, loved what he did, and despite giving full right of refusal, took up our bathroom and kitchen tile without question. Unbelievable work ethic and determination to ensure we were 100 percent happy with our investment. You can't get this kind of service just anywhere these days, folks. Amazon hardwood center did this right and when I did something wrong, they fixed it. I wish there was something better than these reviews and word of mouth. It's not enough.
