★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning everything was fine. They had a good selection of flooring, the staff was helpful and my fiancé and I made a decision on the flooring we wanted. We paid, got a receipt, made arrangements to the day and time these were going to be installed. They said it should take about two days to finish.
Only one guy arrived. He was slow and doing a terrible job so my fiancé decided to help out. It was 4 days in and still not done. We called the owner and complained. He did nothing and the installer never came back. We had unfinished flooring, gaps in the flooring, nails sticking out. Terrible!!
It took us over a year to save money and get these redone by professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had done my flooring last year, within a week floor started getting scratched, i informed owner but he didnt reply infact they left all garbage wood in my garage , when i called him and told him to clean the mess, he replied that he has shortage of staff. kind of disoppointed with him. although his staff was coopeartive and hardworking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did our floors a few weeks ago and it looks great! They did a very good job. A lot of colours to choose from. Finished everything in two days. Good clean up, neat work and awesome prices! The workers were great as well! Would definitely recommend.
