We always wanted to have a special place with a bar, home theatre and designer living area for our guests. So We tried a couple of different companies But chose TownHill. They were outstanding from the first meeting. We spend two hours, discussing the plans. They showed us the theme for our basement with 2D & 3D Designs. It was not only perfect but also unique. They provided us the details and stayed within the timeline. Now our basement looks way better than we expected. They are Affordable Experts in their field.

Despite that, they deliver projects within the committed time. We got our basement constructed from them and together we created magic. The whole process from tearing down the original layout, to complying with the city plan for reconstruction was smooth and well executed. They are professional in their approach and provided us with a clear plan, estimated costs and time to completion. They broke down the whole plan into stages and met the deadlines each step of the way. They have excellent sub teams that know their specialties really well. Our kitchen cupboards were made to order and brought ready to fit on-site. They have a good selection of backsplash, tiles, flooring etc. We also had a storage made in the basement living room that doubles up as a seating space. All of the city approvals and permits were obtained without any hiccups. I am extremely happy with the overall quality of work and will definitely hire Townhill Construction again for any future projects.
