Delivery guys Mohamed Irfan and Raj helped us bring the bed and mattress to the 2nd level. They offered to help set up the bed for us. Thank You very much & look forward in doing business with you. !!!

They were very experienced and set up the whole furniture (beds/chest/dressing table) in minutes. They were on time and kept me updated throughout the process.

It is 7pm and the lady on the support has absolutely no idea when the shipment will be coming and tried arguing with me instead of helping. No one even reached out to let us know it will be late I had to call them myself. Still no call back or word on the ETA whole day has been spent sitting at home waiting for the furniture to come in. I’d suggest spending your money somewhere more professionally operated.

But, great customer service and after-sales support like this store is nowhere else to be found.. We bought two sofas from this store. One custom made and other a floor model. Store manager Bhawan took time to understand our requirements, provided best advice and later delivered quality products.. They care about their customers even after sale.. I highly recommend this Paramount Furniture store Brampton location.. Just stop looking at reviews, go to this store and talk to Bhawan.. You will come back with a smile on your face.
S	Senthil Ck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Sofa material was not as promised (mixed with fake rexin and leather material -> picture attached) 2) Delivery breakages and not a friendly service post delivery. We ordered a sofa from this shop. First of all it came in after four months after we ordered but while delivering they broke the closet mirror and damaged the entrance and when asked, they told it was already broken by us. ? The people at the store didn't give proper response and took the sofa when asked for them to fix my mirror. I understand these can happen during delivery but then them not being responsible for the damage is not correct. I cant comment on the quality of the sofa itself as we didn't use it and they simply took it with them perhaps, excluding it they are not good like in the other comments. Will update here if anything comes from them.. So they delivered the sofa after discounting 100 bucks for the mirror :( but upon checking the leather sofa it is interestingly mixed with alternative fake leather rexin seats with leather.. what can I say now ?.. fate of a Canadian to live with poor domestic quality..?? Therefore, I would not recommend this store to anyone personally !

Paramount furniture has great selection of furniture at very reasonable prices. Look no further!
