Being a perfectionist and a micromanager, I don't get impressed easily but their reliable service and upto date industry knowledge is the key. Team CM is always welcoming and always ready to go extra mile for my businesses , either in Canada or in the United States. I can proudly say that they are one of the pillars in our success and growth. Can't forget to mention my Ideal days when CM made a 360deg. safety culture shift on our operations which resulted in bringing our CVOR rating down to 11% from 51% in a reasonable time which further added to our bottom line because we got cheaper insurance rates and our driver retention improved significantly ! So i have always recommended their services and will continue doing that. I personally want to thank each and every one of the team members of CM for providing the exceptional service and wish you the continued success for many years to come!
