The manager went above and beyond for my needs and was able to save me money in the long run. I usually go to my local Best Buy location but will make the trek to seek his help again. Honestly, they're called Best Buy for a reason.

I had to return my laptop due to a few issues, and Sarah who was at the customer service desk was extremely helpful and quick! She was super friendly and understanding as well! Staff like her are the reason most people return to an establishment! Keep up the great work Sarah!

This Best Buy is one of the best, well staffed locations I've been to. They have a huge range of different electronics from consoles, to computers, speakers, LED lights, and so much more. I bought my Roku from this Best Buy and I've been extremely satisfied with the product. I am already a regular customer at this location, and I plan on shopping here more in the future.

I thought BB was a good company but after ordering this car seat my total perception of them is now changed. I ordered this car seat from BB and the packaging was damaged and worn out. Then I opened the product and it was also used, the base of the car seat was all scratched up and the seat was used. They don't seem to have a Quality control process and are shipping used items to customers.

I bought a laptop and the staff was pressing on me to buy device protection. I paid the entire amount of laptop upfront and these guys didn't even set up the laptop saying that their set up service fee is $150. I paid almost $1160 upfront for a laptop and these people want to further charge $150 for set up fee. All they said they could do was set it up for free if I purchased at least $250 insurance (for 10 months) from them. They gave absolutely no discount and yet they kept pushing me for insurance. The worst part, you buy expensive gizmos from them and yet they will charge you for paper bags. For someone who is spending so much money, they should at least set up the device for free and provide MS Office. But these people tried hard for some 40 minutes to entice me into buying insurance: 3 different people pushing me to buy insurance. They kept offering discounts on insurance but nothing on the device I bought. They don't add any value to the service you need rather would compel you for getting something you don't want, for such big organization as Best Buy, it's not a good customer service, rather it is horrible.

first, the store visit was quite good. i have problems with mobility, but there was no objection to me taking a chair to sit on while i waited for them to finish with another customer. then, when the delivery was made today, the Geek Squad guy, Jake, was very efficient in setting up and took his time to explain things to me and be sure i knew how to navigate through the menus on my new TV. very happy with the service and the product.

I got this Jabra and I wanted black. It was a gift for me and I was mad. I asked the employee at BestBuy please check to make sure its black. He said he's 100% positive its black. And he didn't want to give me a bag. I had to argue for a bag. I wish I could give it 0 stars. It's a shame because BestBuy was my favorite store. I'm tired of employees at this location not wanting to help, give mediocre help, and failure to even tell you about warranties.

You’re greeted by a staff at the front door that can assist you to the right department and all around are staffs that are available to assist you as needed. This store is clean and well kept and even has a bathroom for it’s customers. One thing to keep in mind is that not all the lanes are wheelchair accessible. Some lanes are rather small. They could work on that. But overall, fast and efficient service. They even deliver to your car. Great store.
