★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Toys R Us Brampton location on West Drive. I spoke briefly with Andrew who was passionate, helpful, knowledgeable and has a great personality. I later found out that he is the manager of the store and this is the first time I dealt with a person who held an upper management title but was very humble. I am saying goodbye to walmart and hello to Toys R Us for future toys shopping for kids. Kudos to Andrew and his outstanding customer service skills for getting a permanent shopper at your store. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been shopping here for years and the most recent time was a nightmare. It was busy as expected on a Saturday but there were only 2 open registers and a long line. Someone was scrubbing the walls behind the cash line who the staff said was a manager. I was ready to drop my purchase and walk out because I’ve never seen a business operate like this but the service counter and another manager in the building opened more registers. Kudos to them for saving many people from walking out and dropping their items. The supposed manager cleaning the walls on a busy saturday should not pay a blind eye to customers supporting the business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family just moved to Brampton so I decided to take my little ones here this morning and wow!!! Can I say that I was absolutely blown away by one of the associates here. It was extremely busy when we came in and there weren’t many employees working but I happened to find one that was helping other customers. I didn’t want to bother her while she was with others so I waited while my kids looked around and she came up to me and asked if I needed help, which is a first for me as the other stores I’ve been to here haven’t been too friendly. She really knew her products and was good at interacting with my kids, and was able to find a lot of the things we were looking for! There were some things that were sold out as it’s so close to Christmas but she was able to find us good alternatives that work well, so I’m very happy with the service I received here today. Debbie was a fabulous associate and I can gladly say that my family will be visiting here again in the future ??!!

I was just searching for goods and she herself came to me, offered to help me with what I needed. Employees like her is what makes customers return to the same place. Also Laiba at the counter was quick to handle the customers well. In short I ll give 5/5 for the employees of toys r us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good Toys"R"Us store that is conveniently located next to highway 410! They have a decent selection of toys, clothes and accessories for kids of all age groups. They also have an activity table (not sure if it's permanent) for kids to spend time engaging in interactive activities with store employees.
There is a section for newborn and infant feeding, nursery and travel accessories. There is a section for teens who like playing console based games as well.
Overall, it's a good store for little ones to expend their energy exploring the different toy sections throughout the store. I am giving 3 stars because this store does seem overpriced for certain items that can be found for a cheaper price from retailers like Amazon. As per a staff member they have discontinued price match with Amazon and Walmart. That is a major disappointment in my opinion!
