★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went out with friends on Friday night and our server Sofia was incredible! She was so friendly and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were okay. I really appreciated her kindness and we will definitely be coming back! Sofia, you’re the best! Our food and drinks were also really, really good! This Jack Astor’s is great!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went late last night with a few coworkers and we had a great time! The atmosphere was nice and very casual, it wasn’t cold or too windy on the patio. The drinks were very good and the food was even better! Everything was delicious. What stood out to us the most was how genuinely kind and friendly everyone who works at this location is! They really made our night better, thank you to all the staff at Jack Astor’s Brampton, you guys are truly great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, I attend Toronto or Mississauga based locations, but this location happened to be convenient for a friend I was meeting up with. From all my years going to Jack Astor's, this was the best experience I have ever gotten from a particular waitress. She made a great drink recommendation when the one I wanted was not available which I ended up enjoying. I liked her professionalism, especially the way she handled a situation at another table. I really had a good vibe from this location because of her great customer service and the guest experience. I will definitely be back at this location in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my family for dinner. The COVID protocol was top notch. The staff outside made sure we gave our names and a phone number before entering the restaurant. We also filled out an online COVID questionnaire. Once inside we were seated promptly. The menu was all digital which I didn’t really like but I understand why it needs to be done this way. Our waitress took our orders and it seemed like minutes before our appetizer came out. Just as we finished our appetizer our food came out. My daughter’s food took a couple minutes longer then the rest of our meals. Our meals were were a good size and very filling. The only issue we had was my son’s dessert. He ordered a brownie which he assumed was plain….it came out with caramel sauce which didn’t like.
We got the bill and it was a fair price for the amount of food we got.
