★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I have been to this location multiple times and had a pretty good experience, but the most recent time we went, our server Megan was extraordinary! We can honestly say we haven't gotten service like what she provided for us in awhile. From the moment we got there, she was attentive to what we needed, constantly checked up on us, and brought us our food and drinks so quickly! We were blown away! Not only that, but she was great to conversate with, and just made our overall experience better. Oh and the burgers are out of this world. 5 stars to you Megan! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here before COVID and now came and ordered the same lobster tail and top sirloin . Lobster tail tasted like fertilizer smell and steak I got it medium well and it tasted terrible. Maybe they changed the chef Only the fries tasted okay. Corn tasted stale. As a repeat customer today was disappointing. Ignore this location at Kennedy and queen in brampton

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISAPPOINTED. 30oz - $5 beers (Candian and Coors) were completely flat. Honestly tasted like water.
Was not impressed with the food either. Not sure why but wings don't come with carrots and celery and you have to pay extra for blue cheese. "Garlic butter" was just a regular oil in a little cup there was no garlic butter to garnish lobster tail. The best part of the meals was actually fries.
On top of that service was pretty bad, no one ever came by to ask if everything was okay. Even had to get up and look for waitress to pay as she just vanished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lobster was way overcooked and server was very abrupt and hurried. Not even a "thank you" or "have a good night" after paying and tipping. The filet mignon was good, and the mashed potatoes (which I was charged extra for even though O believe they were in the picture on the menu with this dish) were also good. Have been to a few Chucks restaurants and am usually very happy with everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience. Customer service was on point. Food tasted good and was served in a timely manner. Prices are really good i got a steak and lobster for $25 it included a corn on the cob and a side. The place was clean. Definitely recommend to check it out.
