Got a phone here @ the Kennedy road did not have it less then 3 months ago and the volume stopped working on it so take it back thinking it was less then 3 months old that maybe that th ey would Exchange it for me but no way Got to send it out to see if they can fix it but now going over a week with no phone but will not buy from them that,s for sure not happy camper

I went last week. The cashier named Tanveer was very helpful and she was very kind to me as well. The manager Tanisha was very helpful for the exchange. Great and beautiful cashier!!!!

I went there to buy this 'Tactical Flashlight' they have on sale with a coupon for $9.98 for two. As in buy 1 get 1 free. When I asked the cashier if the item is on sale she said 'no'. So, I went and looked for it in their flyer and I told her that's the reason I'm here, to buy the flashlight but it wasn't in their flyer that they have in the store. My wife grabbed another flyer and checked, not there. So we ended up not buying what we went there for in the first place and feeling left out as nobody there knew what items they have on sale. When I got home that's the first thing I checked, the flyer, and I was right, in the picture you can see the flyer and the item I wanted to buy. So why is it that their flyer is different from the one we're getting, and how come nobody there knows of the product they have on sale, is that the reason we didn't get any assistance from anybody that works uythere.

This is a store with a very poor organization. Their electronic section is also very small. Most of the staff are really inflexible, but I was lucky enough to speak to one gentleman in electronics who helped me figure out the specs of some of their offerings and helped me make an informed decision. This interaction is the only reason i gave 4 stars when I would have found it difficult to give even 1.

If I could give this no stars, I most certainly would because I cannot lie. I've been a fan of factory direct for many years in terms of getting cheaper electronics and household fixtures but that has changed recently. September 23 I bought a chargeworx air vent grip to hold my phone. The right side rubber came off as the product isn't well built, and for 9.99 + 90 day factory direct warranty, you'd think it would last at least a year. Wrong! It lasted less than 2 months. I went in on Tuesday spoke with multiple employees (one was very nonchalant ) and a manager, they refused to help me unless I came back with the receipt. I came back Wednesday and now they proceeded to ask for the Box. management blamed me for the defective product they sold and wouldn't repair, replace or reimburse me for the money I spent. Pathetic service like what I experienced is why everyone is going to Amazon by the droves. Give me a hard time for a phone or a car, not for a 10 buck phone holder. The best part about this poor experience, was the two other customers that came in for issues with their inferior products. One woman ( elderly ) was upset that her TV wasn't working, and another older man had argued with the cashier to try g he headphones before he bought it. She was resistant saying he had to buy it and finally she gave in and let him try It. Low and behold...the right side of the headphone was not working. You can't make this up everyone. Also, when I had come in the day before to make a dispute without the receipt, the girl at the cash and the manager were talking in another language which I know portions of. So when I said speak English in that language, the girl had gone pale, and she stopped.
