K	Kenny Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Worst Customer Service. When we went there to purchase the sofa, the owner told us he will send one form to be filled for financing plan. We texted him and called him many times, he said he will send us immediately but never sent one. After that he didn’t respond and blocked our calls. If you don’t know how to do business then close your store. Worst store in GTA!

Raj Furniture tries to hide their mistakes by blaming it on the customers. They will respond to 1 star on google faster than customer queries. In customer experience, I’d give them negative 0.
A	Ashley Muller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service! Ordered a bedroom set for mother in law and got delivered. They came today and…. 1. Dropped one of the side tables and ruined it 2. Forgot a drawer 3. Smashed her closet door and left a very large hole and cracks. I now have to wait until Wednesday for them to return the table they ruined and forgot. I am trying to speak with owner and he doesn’t care! These people and company have to be shut down immediately

I saw raj furniture on Facebook, and tended to buy some items. Good to see the reviews. Now I won't buy any furniture until I earn more money.
R	Rupali Jain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Their delivery staff is extremely rude, they don’t even bother to take their shoes off even on a carpeted area. Raj furniture needs lessons in customer service and understanding customer requirements. Thumbs down. Avoid them at any cost! @RajFurniture: Your delivery staff cannot remove shoes but they can ask old ppl from the house to help them with heavy furniture, what about your customer’s safety? At least ask them to be respectful. Instead of finding faults in your customers, it’s high time you look at your services. You are not the only furniture shop in town.
N	Northern Star on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent almost a $1000 on a sofa from here which literally fell apart in less than 5 months. They only offer 3 month warranty. So now we’re left with a hollow sofa, which could collapse any day. Never again will we buy from these kind of stores. Most stores offer atleast a 1yr warranty but pointless talking to these guys. They don't respond to emails and make excuses about supply issues. Wish we had just gone to Leons or The Brick. ‘Buy cheap, buy twice’ don’t waste your money here.

We paid for installation, and the delivery staff doesn’t take the shoes off and argues if asked (the flooring of house is carpeted) . The quality of the furniture is poor. We had to exchange at least three times. The finishing of furniture is poor as well. We had to settle because we were finally fed up with telling and tiring arguments. I do not recommend them. Raj furniture is fast when you give 1 star. Only if they were this responsive when we called them.
